Area code 700: interexchange carrier services, not a location
Area code 700 is not a place. NANPA reserves it for interexchange carrier services, in service since January 1, 1984: a 1-700 number reaches a service of the long-distance carrier the caller's line uses, so the same number can reach different services from different lines.
Free, runs in your browser; nothing is sent. The sample is a sample, not a real line.
Paste your 700 numbers (a mixed list is fine). They are counted here at once; the free checker then gives every number its E.164 form, country and line type, with a file to download.

What a 700 number is for
700 numbers are rarely published for the public and almost never belong in a contact list. A validator that can't place a 700 row is doing its job: flag it and remove it before a campaign.
Check a list with 700 numbers in it
The bulk phone number validator tags every row with its type (toll-free, premium, mobile or landline) and writes it in E.164, free.

The numbering plan says what a range is for, not who answers.
Pro + Phone is $49.99 a month (or $499.90 a year): every row of your CSV gets a live line-type and carrier lookup, and the emails beside the numbers get a real mailbox check.

Area code 700 questions
- Where is area code 700?
- Nowhere: 700 is reserved for long-distance carriers' own services.
- Should a 700 number be in my phone list?
- Usually not. It doesn't reach a person's own phone and its meaning depends on the caller's carrier.
