Billing and cancelling
Manage, pause or cancel your plan from Billing in the dashboard. Fees are non-refundable once charged, so try the 100 free checks first; cancelling stops future billing.
A verification job
Include the file name and roughly when you uploaded it. Large lists can pause when the day's mailbox-check capacity runs out and resume automatically after midnight UTC.
The API and integrations
Include the endpoint and the error message, never your full API key.
