Toll-free and premium numbers in Cambodia
Toll-free numbers in Cambodia start with 01800 when dialled inside Cambodia (1800 after +855 from abroad) and have 10 digits after the country code. Premium-rate numbers start with 01900. Example: 1800 123 456, or +8551800123456 in E.164.

Every valid Cambodia number of each type starts with one of these digit groups. The example column shows Google’s example number for the range, written internationally.
| Type | Starts with, after +855 | Dialled inside Cambodia | Digits | Example |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Toll-free | 1800 | 01800 | 10 | +855 1800 123 456 |
| Premium rate | 1900 | 01900 | 10 | +855 1900 123 456 |
What each type means for the caller
- Toll-free: 01800
- Free to the caller, usually only from inside the country; the business that owns the number pays for the call. 10 digits after +855.
- Premium rate: 01900
- Charged above a normal call at a rate set by the service, with part of the charge going to the service provider. 10 digits after +855.
Writing and dialling a Cambodia toll-free number
Inside Cambodia, dial the number with its leading 0. From abroad or in E.164, drop the 0 and put +855 in front: 1800 123 456 becomes +8551800123456. Many freephone numbers still only accept calls from inside Cambodia, and a call from abroad that does connect is usually charged.
Toll-free and premium numbers in a phone list
In a lead or customer list, a toll-free number usually reaches a company line rather than a person, and a premium-rate number costs you money to call. The free toll-free number checker flags them in a pasted list or CSV, and the Cambodia phone number format page covers mobiles and landlines.

Common questions
- What is the toll-free prefix in Cambodia?
- Cambodia toll-free numbers start with 01800 at home, written +855 1800 internationally. Every valid toll-free number starts that way, though not every number with those digits is in service.
- How many digits is a Cambodia toll-free number?
- 10 digits after the country code +855, plus the trunk prefix 0 when dialled inside Cambodia.
- Can I call a Cambodia toll-free number from abroad?
- Sometimes. Dial +855 and the number without the leading 0. Many freephone numbers only take calls from inside Cambodia, and where they do connect from abroad the call is usually charged.
- How do I spot a premium-rate number in Cambodia?
- By its first digits: 01900. The prefix tells you the range is charged; the actual price is set per service.

In the US and Canada mobiles and landlines share the same prefixes, and anywhere a number can be ported or reassigned the range stops telling the whole story. A live carrier lookup asks the network data instead, which is what Pro + Phone ($49.99/mo) adds.
