Email verification cost calculator: your list, priced across vendors
In short: Your list size and how often you check it, priced at SimpleVerifier and 8 other verifiers from their own pricing pages, lowest first, with a link to each. Limit: Prices were read on 19 Oct 2026 and change without notice. The vendor's own page is the final word.
Enter how many emails you have and how often you verify them. The calculator prices the job at SimpleVerifier (Starter $9/month for 2,500 emails a month, or Pro $39/month for the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off) and at ZeroBounce, Bouncer, Clearout, Kickbox, Emailable, DeBounce, EmailListVerify, MillionVerifier, using prices read from each vendor's pricing page on 19 Oct 2026. Some vendors cost less for some jobs, and the table shows when.

“More” and “less” compare each vendor with SimpleVerifier's figure above. Prices checked 19 Oct 2026 on each vendor's own pricing page (linked); verify on the vendor's site before you buy, because prices change. Each vendor's cheapest route we could read is shown, in USD before tax. Vendors count credits differently, for example some refund unknown results, so a credit is not always one email.

If that is the whole job, use them. SimpleVerifier is priced for lists you check often or that keep growing: one flat plan covers any number of checks.

How do I compare email verification prices for my list?
- Enter the number of emails in your list.
- Pick how often you verify it: once, every month or every week. Recurring jobs are totalled for a year.
- Read the table, lowest cost first. Each row names how the price is bought: a pack, a monthly plan or a yearly plan.
- Open the vendor's pricing page from its row and confirm the price before you buy. Prices change.
Example
- You enter
- A list of 10,000 emails, verified once.
- You get
- A table of 8 vendors, lowest first, each priced on its lowest-cost route for that list. SimpleVerifier's is one month of Pro, $39 (the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed); Starter at $9 covers only 2,500.
- Limits
- List sizes from 1 to 1,000,000, the largest size the vendors' pages priced. Runs in your browser.
How is the cost worked out?
For a one-off check, each vendor's figure is the cheaper of its pay-as-you-go pack that covers the list and one month of its smallest plan whose allowance covers the list. For a recurring check, the list is re-verified in full each time, so the yearly volume is the list size times 12 (monthly) or 52 (weekly). Each vendor is then priced on the cheapest of: a monthly plan for a year, a yearly plan, packs bought every month, or, where the vendor says credits never expire, a year of credits bought at once.
SimpleVerifier is priced the same way, on its own routes: Starter ($9 a month for 2,500 emails a month) when the monthly volume fits, Pro at $39 a month, or Pro billed yearly at $390. Starter allowances reset every month and do not roll over; Pro is a flat price, so its price does not change with the list size or how often you run it.
When is another vendor cheaper?
For some small one-off lists, yes. Under about 1,000 emails, Kickbox ($5 for 500), Bouncer ($6 for a month of 1,000) and EmailListVerify ($6.99 for 1,000) cost less than a month of our smallest plan (Starter, $9). Above 2,500 emails our next plan is Pro at $39, so for a one-off list of a few thousand, DeBounce's 5,000 pack ($15) or 10,000 pack ($25) and EmailListVerify's 5,000-a-month plan ($16) cost less than a month of Pro.
For recurring checks, vendors whose credits never expire can sell a year of credits at once for less at some volumes. At 10,000 emails a month (120,000 a year), DeBounce's 200,000 pack is $200, against $390 for Pro billed yearly. At 25,000 a month, MillionVerifier's 500,000 pack ($299) is just under Pro billed yearly ($390). The calculator shows these cases rather than hiding them.
Flat pricing pays off when the same list is checked again and again or keeps growing. Clearout's 10,000-a-month plan billed yearly is $384 for the year; Pro billed yearly is $390 for never-cut-off checks, and $39 a month comes to $468.00 over a year. Those figures are close, so choose on what else each product gives you.
Where do the prices come from?
Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 19 Oct 2026, by setting the page's volume picker and noting the price it showed. Vendors whose prices we could not read that day, such as NeverBounce, whose page prices volume on a slider we could not read, were left out rather than filled in from older notes. Where we read only part of a vendor's range, the calculator stops at that size and says so rather than guessing.
Prices are in US dollars before tax. A vendor's checkout can differ from its pricing page because of tax, currency or a promotion, so open each vendor's page from its row and check before you buy.
Who uses this tool, and for what?

- Finance and ops
- Replace a vendor quote with a like-for-like yearly figure across verifiers before renewing.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Prices were read on 19 Oct 2026 and change without notice. The vendor's own page is the final word.
- It compares price only, not accuracy, speed, features or support, which differ between vendors.
- Every vendor is charged one credit per email; vendors that skip duplicates or unknown results can cost less than shown.
- Lists above 1,000,000 emails, and sizes above the range we could read for a vendor, are not priced.
Common questions
- How much does it cost to verify 10,000 emails?
- Once, at the prices checked 19 Oct 2026: from $25 (DeBounce's 10,000 pack) to $99 (one month of ZeroBounce ONE) among the vendors in the calculator, and $39 for one month of SimpleVerifier's Pro plan (the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed). Every month, the yearly totals range more widely; enter your own numbers to see them.
- Is SimpleVerifier the cheapest email verifier?
- Not always, and we do not claim it is. For one small list checked once, some vendors' packs cost less, and the calculator lists them. A flat fair-use plan comes out ahead as lists get bigger or are checked more often.
- What does re-verifying a list cost?
- With credit pricing, each check uses credits again, so a list verified every month costs twelve times a single pass in a year, less any volume discount. On a flat fair-use plan the price stays the same however often you run it. Pick Every month or Every week in the calculator to see the yearly totals.
- Do email verification credits expire?
- It depends on the vendor. Bouncer, Clearout, DeBounce, Emailable, EmailListVerify and MillionVerifier say their credits never expire. ZeroBounce says credits never expire while you have an active ONE subscription. SimpleVerifier's Starter allowance resets every billing month and unused emails do not roll over; Pro has no allowance to expire.
- Why might a vendor charge for fewer credits than my list size?
- Some vendors do not charge for duplicates or unknown results, or refund those credits afterwards; ZeroBounce, Emailable and Kickbox say so on their pricing pages. The calculator charges one credit per email at every vendor, so for lists with many duplicates or unknowns the real figure can be lower.
- How often are the prices checked?
- The prices were last checked 19 Oct 2026, and the date is shown under the table. Always confirm on the vendor's own page before you buy.
