1. Export the CSV from HubSpot
- In HubSpot, go to CRM > Contacts.
- Open the view you want to export, such as All contacts.
- Click Export in the top right of the table.
- Choose CSV as the file format, name the export and click Export.
- Download the file from the link HubSpot emails you.
HubSpot zips CSV files over 2 MB, so unzip it before dropping it here. Unsubscribed contacts are included unless you filter them out first.

- No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the HubSpot export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into HubSpot.
- Why verify a list that came from HubSpot?
- Subscribers who signed up years ago move jobs, abandon inboxes or typed their address wrong. Every send to a dead address in HubSpot is a bounce on your sender reputation, and many ESPs bill by contact count, so removing dead addresses also lowers the bill.
