1. Export the CSV from Instantly
- In Instantly, go to Leads > All Leads, or open a list or campaign.
- Filter if needed, then select all leads or the ones you want.
- Click Row actions in the top right.
- Click Download selected to get the CSV.

- By default each lead is tagged in Instantly with its result (sv_status). Only a confirmed mailbox is written as valid; anything unconfirmed is risky.
- Opt-in, with a confirmation step: delete invalid leads from this campaign or list; add invalid addresses to your Instantly block list. These act on invalid leads only.
- Paid plans can auto-verify new leads once a day, up to 10,000 a day, with the cost shown before it starts.

- How do I export my leads from Instantly?
- In Instantly, go to Leads > All Leads, or open a list or campaign. Filter if needed, then select all leads or the ones you want. Click Row actions in the top right. Click Download selected to get the CSV. Instantly's help notes that exports need an active subscription.
- Do I need to change the Instantly CSV before uploading it?
- No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Instantly export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Instantly.
- Why verify a list that came from Instantly?
- Lead databases go stale as people change jobs, and a bounced cold email counts against your sending domain the same as any other. Verifying the Instantly export before it goes into a sequence keeps the bounce rate under the roughly 2% line where mailbox providers start filtering, and it catches catch-all domains you should not send to blind.
- How much does it cost?
- Verification is $39 a month with no limit on verifications, for files up to 100,000 rows. See the pricing page for the plans.
- Can I verify Instantly leads without exporting a CSV?
- Yes. Connect your own Instantly API key in the SimpleVerifier dashboard, pick one of your campaigns or lead lists, and the leads are pulled and verified as a normal list job on your plan (free accounts use their free checks). By default each lead is tagged in Instantly with its result; removing or blocking invalid leads is opt-in and needs a confirmation. Paid plans can also auto-verify new leads daily.
