1. Export the CSV from Klaviyo
- In Klaviyo, go to Audience > Lists & segments.
- Click into the list or segment.
- Open the Manage list (or Manage segment) dropdown.
- Choose Export list to CSV and pick the properties to include.
Only Owner, Admin and Analyst roles can export. To export every profile, build a segment that includes everyone first.

- How do I export my profiles from Klaviyo?

- Do I need to change the Klaviyo CSV before uploading it?
- No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Klaviyo export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Klaviyo.
- Why verify a list that came from Klaviyo?
- Subscribers who signed up years ago move jobs, abandon inboxes or typed their address wrong. Every send to a dead address in Klaviyo is a bounce on your sender reputation, and many ESPs bill by contact count, so removing dead addresses also lowers the bill.
