1. Export the CSV from Zoho CRM
- In Zoho CRM, go to Setup > Data Administration > Export and click Start an Export.
- Under Configure, pick the module, such as Contacts or Leads, and filter by a custom view or criteria if you only want part of it.
- Choose All Fields or Choose Fields, and make sure the Email field is included.
- Under Preferences, select CSV as the file format and click Export.
- When the status in Export History shows Completed, hover over the entry and click Download.
You need the Export permission for the module in your profile. A single CSV export holds up to 200,000 records, and the download link lasts seven days.
